The bungalow has been in the family for over 50 years and unfortunately the time has come to sell. My father enjoyed living here for all that time and made great friends with his neighbours.

He found the area to be so quiet, yet at the same time so conveniently situated that he could walk to the town if needed or take a stroll in the local park.

I would be the first to admit that the bungalow is a bit dated, but feel that this has been reflected in the asking price. My father had made some improvements for maintenance free living such as installing double glazed windows and a new central heating boiler.
