Having always lived previously in Sutton we moved here when I needed to live on one level and could not find a bungalow within our budget. This ticked all of the boxes for me. I didn’t want a flat or maisonette I wanted space and having the 2nd bedroom was a must which was hard to come by within my given budget. It means I could have my grandchild over to stay and the with all the storage space of perfect for hiding away the toys when there not here. Since our occupation we have updated the bathroom and the kitchen fitting a new oven and work surfaces, and renewed most of the flooring. The outside has been freshly painted in 2015. I am very lucky that I have wonderful neighbours who I will sad to leave them behind.
