We bought this house 9 years ago when it needed everything doing to it. We have enjoyed putting our stamp on it, to make it the lovely home it is today.

Being so close to Caterham Valley's town centre has been great, especially if we have wanted to grab a cup of coffee with friends or eat out at one of the many restaurants on offer.

We will be sad to be leave, but we are now off to pastures new. We hope that the new owners appreciate what we have done here and enjoy the home as much as we have.
