I have currently lived in the property for nearly 7 years and have really enjoyed it here. The location is fantastic with the village just down the road and all the local amenities not being too far away with the local doctors, dentists and some great shops in the parade.

The local bus route is fantastic and with everything being so close it does not take too long to get about.

I will be sorry to leave but the time has come to think about the future and this is the only reason I am leaving this beautiful home.
