This property has been in our family for many years and, as well as being of a good size, it is such a light and warm property as lots of natural light floods through the windows. The garden is a real sun trap and we have spent many a Sunday afternoon relaxing and listening to the birds chirping in the background.

The kitchen and bathroom may not be to everybody's taste and may need updating to modern standards. If required, now or in the future, there is also the potential to expand the property by extending upwards to create two additional rooms, as a few of our neighbours have done over the years, but an architect should be consulted as well as the local council before taking this any further.
