My parents bought this property as they had always wanted to live close to Ventnor and this position was the obvious choice.

This apartment offers the opportunity of walking into town within a few minutes. All the other owners are very friendly and they made lots of new friends here.

The great thing with this property is the sun terrace where we have enjoyed many evenings and afternoons gazing out towards the sea.

The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable and being on the ground floor means there are no stairs to climb up. I am sure the new owners will be as happy here as my parents have been.
