We bought this property from brand new, when they were first built just over 6 years ago. At the time we were looking for a good sized property in a quiet location yet within easy reach of local amenities.
We loved that the apartment was brand new so there was no work to be done, and the 10 year NHBC was a bonus for us, knowing that everything was within that guarantee so there wasn’t going to be any unexpected costs to take us by surprise. There are still almost 4 years left so the new buyers need not worry either.
