We were looking for a modern property in a nice area to start a family and when we saw this development we fell in love and bought if off plan. The location has been perfect for all of our needs, being on the west side of Dartford, our children have benefited from the superb school nearby and it has been very easy for me to get to work. It is also very handy being a stones throw away from the town centre and public transport, but it is also very nice to have the parks to enjoy family days in the summer months.
