What the Owner says:

When my husband and I first saw this property, we thought it would make the perfect long-term investment for us and buying a freehold property rather than leasehold was our priority. So when this house came onto the market, we jumped at the chance of buying it. It was also important to buy a somewhere we felt we would enjoy living, that was secure and peaceful. This house has delivered on all of these things and more. The tenants we have had over the years certainly appreciate the parking space to the side of the house and have felt a part of this vibrant community. Having maintained the property to a high standard, I am quite confident that any new buyer(s) will enjoy owning it as much as we have.
