I was living in Crawley Down in a rented property, looking to purchase my first home and was considering the Horsham area as I liked the shops, bars and restaurants there. After looking at a few apartments, I was starting to get a bit despondent as they all felt very small and dark. By chance I happened to notice this one online and thought it looked very spacious. I had not considered Southwater, but thought it would be worth seeing. I loved the feel of the village and could not believe the size of this property and potential. I could see exactly what I was going to do and wasted no time in securing it. I have been very happy here and will be sad to leave, but I am moving out of the area.
