We were so excited when we moved into our flat over nine years ago, as we had looked at a number of other properties but none came close for space and location.
We liked the fact that our flat is in a small block of only four flats and has a garage which has proved useful for the car and for storage. Being on the ground floor we also installed French doors so we could go straight out into the enclosed southerly facing shared rear garden.
The flat has been a great first home with low monthly running costs including maintenance and ground rent, we will be sorry to leave. However, the time has come for us to move to our next home and we have decided, reluctantly to sell.
