I have lived in this home for the last 6 years and brought it from new when Luxmoore House was converted into apartments. I remember viewing others but nothing compared to this. I walked in, fell in love with it and bought it. The apartment was so much more spacious and in fantastic condition compared to others I had viewed, meaning there was nothing to do. In particular the living room was a great size. I also work in the City and if I wish can walk in rather than drive, however having the allocated parking space also meant I had a place to park the car on my return home from work.
