Area description
Cotgrave is a rural town situated on the north edge of the Vale of Belvoir. The town has superb facilities that include primary schools, recreational and sports facilities, a variety of shops, library, churches, health centre not forgetting a number of Pubs and Inns. There are many walks and cycle routes within easy walking distance including the Grantham and Nottingham Canal and Cotgrave Country Park. It is also fortunate to have two golf courses within a few miles (Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club & The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club). Transport links are also very good as it has easy access to the A52 along with the A46 giving further access to the M1. This of course means commuting in either directions be it Nottingham city centre or Grantham are equally easy to access.
