Cars can easily be parked all round the property, no permits are required. Driving distance to Newcastle 30 min, an hour by bus. 15 minutes drive into Whitely Bay. 25 min into Morpeth and under 30 min for full coastal drive into Tynemouth. Nearest railway stations are Cramlington and Morpeth and Metro from Whitley Bay, with bus services from Metro stations directly into Blyth Central bus station, minuted walk from the property. 

Local places to visit would be South Beach with its unique brightly coloured huts, gorgeous Italian ice cream parlour and best fish and chips restaurant in town. The Quay and its quirky river cafe, Boat House restaurant and historic value. Gorgeous gardens and tea hut in Ridley's Park. Plenty of gyms and martial arts centres. Blyth is a flat coastal stretch, so ideal for those who love cycling, jogging and taking walks without the extra effort.

Prices as follows:-

1 night at £40 for one person, £45 for two people. An extra person/child is permitted to sojourn at extra £15 per night. Couple with more children, please call first to see what can be arranged. Babies/toddlers who can sleep in travel cot or similar stay for free.

2 nights weekend stay £80 up to 2 people.

Weekly rental at £250 up to 2 people; £280 up to 4 but only with prior arrangement.

Monthly rental £1,000 up to 2 people. £1,200 for 3 people. I do not feel it is ideal for any more people for longer stretched of time, but please do enquire directly if required by a family rather than all adults.

Prices are inclusive of all bills. Basic bed linen and towels provided, as are toaster and kettle, hoover and all essentials.

Wifi can be provided, if required. TV comes as freeview channels. No sky or hardwire connection will be offered. Perfect for people with motorbikes/bikes, as rear patio has its own entrance from rear, facing the common green. Patio is brick walled and private.
