I think this property could appeal to a variety of people, firstly commuters probably could not find a flat this close to a tube station if they tried. Investors should get a healthy yield and should also find it no problem due to its central location. Anyone else that indeed needs a fresh and stylish flat with fantastic connection and good local amenities. We have decorated the flat from top to toe, and while doing this we have appreciated the natural sunlight that floods in through the windows. This seems to be a very friendly block as whilst refurbishing it I got to know a few of the neighbours. Local amenities are in abundance and there are plenty of parks, green open spaces and of course Epping Forest which sprawls across the area.
