Having owned this home from new it has always felt great.

The location is just fantastic with the shops close by, the doctors over the road and if you are feeling a little more energetic, then the sea is just a short walk away.

The views over the garden are lovely and with it all open at the front you do feel you are in a great open space.

I will be sorry to leave but I am moving closer to family so it is still a happy time for me and I think the next people here will be just as happy.
