I have owned this property for over 20 years and it has been a great home. I wanted a place in a good area with parking and not too much maintenance, so when this came up I had to go for it. My parents are also quite local which was another factor so my knowledge of the estate is good.

Even though I am not far from the town it feels like I am out in the sticks when I come home, which is a great thing. I love the elevated position so whether I am in the lounge or bedroom I can still enjoy the views which are stunning.
