I was living in Dorking with my parents and keen to find my first home. I was working in Horsham but wanted a village location and Southwater was the perfect solution although I did look at some properties in Horsham and was slightly disappointed at what they offered. When I came to view this one I was immediately impressed by the road and loved the appearance being half tile hung. Once I got inside I thought the layout was perfect and as soon as I saw the garden I knew I had to buy it!
I have really enjoyed living here and it has also worked well as a rental for me and I will be sad to sell.
