Having always lived in the area we knew how quiet and peaceful it is around here. That is why we went for this property as soon as it came up. This was the biggest one bed place we had seen, and also, unlike a lot of other maisonettes, it had its own private garden area which we often enjoy having BBQs in.
We recently had a new boiler installed. This is one less thing for the new owners to worry about, and we modernised the bathroom in 2014.
