Property description

Another property under offer through Sale By Tender… Selling your house by informal tender = top price and no commission fees.

Bungalows are quite rare and at this price and almost impossible to find.

The location is ideal. The local shop also has a post office and the local bus service stops outside the shop, so perfect. It is not unusual for buses to drop customers off close to their homes.

The village has a great eatery - The Blue Boar, which is both a public house and restaurant. The village tea and coffee shop is always popular, not forgetting the florist, Chinese restaurant, 2nd public house and just importantly the village GP surgery is just a short walk away.

The bungalow is 1 bedroom and has a useful dining area adjacent to the lounge with potential could create a 2nd bedroom (subject to planning permission).

You will enjoy the lovely garden from sitting in the conservatory which is also an excellent place to eat.

The neighbours are very friendly and the cul-de-sac ha s real community feel. Unusually the bungalow also has a nice front garden to give you yet another choice to use on those lovely summer days or evenings.

Be quick and don't miss out, call now to book an appointment to attend our open day.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

Mum loved living here in Abridge and felt the bungalow had a lovely feel. She loved sitting in the sunny garden which is very private.

Mum had a wet room installed as she felt that would be easier for her and had decorated the bungalow to her taste.

The cul-de-sac was always very quiet and mum felt she really belonged here. she had lovely neighbours and even left her front door open in the summer.
