I have loved bringing this property up to standard and putting my own style into it. The garden was a huge selling point for me and it’s a real sun trap. The quirky ‘Japanese Tea House’ could be the perfect home studio or office for someone needing extra space to work from home, or like me, just extra storage space!
Having two separate entrances to the flat is super – convenient. We use the parking space behind the back gate so we get out of the car and are relaxing on the sofa in 30 seconds! For downsizers, it’s a much flatter entrance no need to navigate the stairs from the communal entrance at the front.
As we are having a baby, we just feel an extra bedroom is needed. If it wasn’t for that we’d be here for years to come!
